General Contracting & Commercial

We take on new buildings, additions and renovations as the general contractor. We are accountable for the schedule, the budget, the trades and the site, from mobilization to the day the keys change hands.

  • Pre-construction: constructability reviews, budgeting and scheduling
  • Site mobilization, layout and temporary works
  • Concrete foundations and structure
  • Wood-frame, mass-timber and steel structures
  • Building envelope and interior fit-out
  • Trade procurement, coordination and quality control
  • Commissioning, deficiencies and turnover documentation

Civil & Earthworks

We move, shape and prepare ground. Our civil crews do the clearing, excavation, grading, road building and drainage that a site needs before anything goes vertical, and on remote sites we work through the logistics that come with them.

  • Clearing and grubbing
  • Mass excavation, cut and fill
  • Subgrade preparation and compaction
  • Gravel and paved road construction
  • Ditching, culverts and stormwater management
  • Site servicing and lot development
  • Erosion and sediment control

Infrastructure & Industrial

We build the systems a community or a facility depends on: water, sewer and storm mains, underground utilities, foundations and industrial site work. These are delivered to the owner’s specifications and documented so they can be maintained for decades.

  • Water, sanitary and storm mains
  • Underground utility installation and trenching
  • Pump stations, reservoirs and lagoons (civil scope)
  • Equipment and structural foundations
  • Industrial site preparation and laydown areas
  • As-built records and testing documentation

Community & Residential Housing

We build homes for First Nations housing programs, non-profit housing providers and private clients. That means single-family houses, multiplexes and multi-family buildings, planned around the families who will live in them and the people who will maintain them.

  • Single-family and multiplex housing
  • Multi-family and supportive housing
  • On-reserve housing programs
  • Renovations, additions and energy upgrades
  • Site servicing and foundations for housing
  • Warranty and maintenance handover
